Well situated, close to small supermarkets, restaurants and bars, and the hotel felt tidy and spotless

views and location, everything was fine. figueretas district was definitely worth visiting. the bed was really comfortable and there was a pool. we liked the fact that we chose playasol jabeque soul.

I stayed at that Aparthotel Jabeque as part of a stag party. I found the hotel clean and welcoming. It location was perfect for walking to several clubs and bars and ideal for the budget we all had. It was easy to book in, room was rady on arrival and cleaned regularly

I paid for a hotel safe and due to the fact on departure I had lost a piece of paper they refused to refund my deposit! I had brought the key back and the safe was in working order but due to not having this piece of paper I was not given my money back. Had this been explained at the start of my stay I would have made sure I had the paperwork. That was very annoying and soured my stay somewhat

We were very dissapointed with our room at the hotel so many problems eg: no plug in basin sink, no kettle, no micowave, no large drinking glasses, not enough cutlery, handles loose on saucepans.These were just a few things.The only good thing was Tito on reception, he was helpful, no one else seemed to care.we were at reception and the lift alarm was going off, meaning someone was stuck in there and they didn't even hear the alarm?? until my husband said something to them.The only good thing about this hotel was the view from the balcony. We won't ever be going back to this hotel again and it certainly wasn't a 3 star??.

Location was great right on the beach with beautiful views of the sea and old town. It's only about a 15 minute walk along the sea front into Ibiza Old Town which is perfect and 10 mins the other direction towards Playa del Bossa. The value for money was excellent. The apartment was spacious (if a little basic) but great for a cheap beach break.

A small complaint but not enough sun loungers and many of them were broken and needed to be replaced. Towels in bathroom were worn but replaced everyday so you can live with it.

Apartmentwas so comfortable for us:We r four in our family one child of 9 years and one of 2 years/ The sea view was amazing!!!!!!!!: We saw sunrice which was treat to our eyes. The beach was so close that our children really had precious fun

The location is excellent. Easy to get everywhere and it is in a relatively quite location. Next year we plan to go back to Ibiza and will be staying at the same hotel. The apartment itself was spacious and the sea view fantastic

I found that when room service came to clean, they did not do a very good job

the silence, after all is ibiza, the bodyguards were keeping quiet from 00:00 to 11-12 in a very agressive manner. the hotel bar did not played music until 12-13. the hotel food is awfull.

close to Eivissa and Bora Bora, nice hotell, clean, new towells and sheets every day.

the air conditioner didn't work so good..but that's how it is in spain, "mañana, mañana". but we got a fen so it was no problem..

Everything was good, the apartment was even better then in pictures with nice view from the balcony. Very, very good for the price!

Air conditioning wasn't working at the time, and when it was I think repaired, it still didn't blew cold air.

The value for the money is great. The rooms are large and clean, each with a seaview balcony. Only a 5 minute walk from Playa d'en Bossa, restaurants and bars. Very nice!

The young dude at reception was always nice to us even we complained three times to him about those bad things on our room.

We stayed 9 nights on this hotel and during that time the air condition was broken. It was too hot to sleep well. And also one of the beds was broken. Also the fan on our bedroom didin´t work because the door to the balcony was broken. Also the elevator was broken one day so we had to use stairs to the 3rd floor. So very bad experience for us. I wouldn´t recommend this hotel to no one.

The views from the hotel were stunning. It was only a short walk from the beach and the resort centre.

The tv only had one channel in English which was the news channel. If you were there with small children who went to bed early it would have been difficult to watch any tv.

No wi-fi free!
